Stonecroft Day Nursery Ltd is a day care nursery and pre-school for babies from 6 months to 5 years. Our opening times are 7.30am-6pm Monday to Friday for 51 weeks per year. We are closed Bank Holidays and 1 weeks at Christmas

A Refundable deposit of £75.00 payable on receipt of a child’s registration details and hours confirmed, this is returned on your last invoice after 1 months’ notice to end the contract.
Voluntary admin fee £50.00 to cover Eylog communication tool, admin and progress files given at the end of the contract. Invoices will be itemised and sent out on the 20th of the month payable in advance and are payable on receipt of the invoice. The latest payment should be the LAST DAY OF THE MONTH.
Late payments are subject to a 10% of the total owing, or £10.00 charge whichever is greatest.
9mth/2yr/3-4yr funding is available the term after their birthday. Terms apply, please see childcarechoices.gov.uk for eligibility.
All funding is stretched for 47.5 weeks of the year, as we are open all year round.
Universal hours = 12 hours per week, Extended hours = 24 hours per week
3.5 weeks per year will be charged for in full, these weeks are determined by the Local Authority and we will ensure you are informed of these dates when we are informed. This is due to us being open for the 51 weeks per year.
9 month – 2 years 12 hours universal entitlement from Sept 2024 (terms apply)
12 hours universal entitlement + 12 hours extended entitlement from Sept 2025 (terms apply)
2 year old disadvantage funding may be available for some, please go to gov.uk/help-with-childcare-costs/free-childcare-2-year-olds-claim-benefits
3-4years 12 Universal hours + 12 hours extended hours (terms apply)
Additional voluntary charges for visiting entertainment sessions e.g. Boogie Beat, party entertainers and trips out will be required and one month’s notice will be given to parents ref the exact cost per session. Families can opt out of these sessions, where this happens children will continue to receive provision that complies with the EYFS in an additional room.
